Briar & Willow?

Briar & Willow was created from a desire to reconnect with the wisdom we all hold within — a return to personal power, self-trust, and the embodiment of our highest selves.

As I embark on the beginning of my somatic practitioner journey,  this space will be a reflection of that unfolding path. Deepening my studies and expanding my toolkit, I’ll be sharing practices and offerings along the way. Right now, my work includes EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Breathwork, and Guided Meditations, with new modalities being added as I grow and learn. It is my greatest hope to create safe and supportive spaces for individuals to soften, release, and realign with their natural rhythm.

The name Briar & Willow reflects the balance of resilience and flow: the briar, strong and protective, and the willow, flexible and deeply rooted. Together, they symbolize the journey of healing — strength paired with gentleness, grounding paired with growth.

This brand is more than a practice; it’s an invitation to pause, breathe, and step into a deeper connection with yourself.
